How this website handles an inquiry.

What we receive
If you use the review form, your email program opens a message addressed to sales@payg.my.id. The message contains the company name, work email, volume range, services, and the note you wrote. We receive that information only when you send the email. The website itself does not keep a copy.
You may also write to that address directly. Please use a business email.
Why we use it
We use the inquiry to reply, to understand the business, and to decide whether it fits the commercial payments program. If we proceed, further information will be collected under the agreement, and that agreement will describe how account information is handled.
What this page does not do
- It does not open a payments account.
- It does not collect card numbers or bank account numbers.
- It does not sell inquiry information.
How long it is kept
Email we receive is kept for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the commercial conversation. You may ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become an account by writing to sales@payg.my.id.
