Pay-as-you-go commercial payments

Pay for the payments you actually make.

PAYG accepts cards, issues invoices, and sends bank payouts for established businesses. The fee follows the successful event. A quiet month costs less. There is no platform subscription and no monthly minimum.

01 — Platform

Three payment jobs. One meter.

Use the services you need. Each one writes to the same monthly statement, with a reference your finance team can match to the bank.

01

Card acceptance

Take Visa, Mastercard, and American Express online. The percentage and the fixed fee apply only when the payment is captured. A decline, a void, and a test transaction are not billed.

02

Customer invoices

Issue a payable invoice in your company’s name. The invoice fee is charged when it is sent. If the customer then pays by card, the card rate applies to that payment as a separate event.

03

Bank payouts

Pay a supplier or a seller to a bank account. Each completed payout is one line. A payout that does not complete is not billed, and a change of destination needs a second approver.

04

Usage ledger

Every billable event keeps its reference, amount, fee, and settlement date. At month end, export CSV for the general ledger. The statement is the bill.

02 — Published rates

A schedule, not a subscription.

Standard commercial rates in US dollars for qualified accounts. Above $1 million in monthly card volume, a written variation may apply. It is agreed before it is used.

Standard commercial schedule
Event When it is billed Rate
Card payment Captured 2.40% + $0.20
Refund Processed $0.20
ACH debit Collected 0.80%, cap $5.00
Invoice Issued $0.30
Bank payout Completed $0.25
Platform fee Each month $0.00
Declined payment Not billed $0.00
  1. The percentage applies to the captured amount. The fixed fee applies once, and only if the event succeeds.
  2. A refund keeps the fixed fee of $0.20. The percentage charged on the original payment is returned.
  3. Cross-border cards and premium cards may carry a surcharge. It is stated in the agreement, not added later in the console.
  4. Currency conversion, where required, is quoted on the transaction.
  5. Any reserve is a term of the agreement. It is not a fee and it is not hidden in the rate.

03 — Controls

Built for a finance team, not a trial signup.

Payment services are provided under a commercial agreement. The website describes the program. It does not open an account.

Card data stays in a controlled environment

Card numbers are collected in infrastructure operated to PCI DSS requirements. Your own systems are not asked to store them. Access is limited to the roles that need it.

Named users and an audit log

People sign in as themselves. Changes to users, roles, and payout accounts are recorded with the actor and the time. Shared logins are not part of the program.

Two people to move a payout account

A new or edited payout destination waits for a second approver on the account. The control is there to make a diverted payment harder, including one requested in haste.

Live access is issued, not switched on

Test credentials and production credentials are different. Production access follows the signed agreement and the completed review. Settlement timing is one of the terms you sign.

04 — How an account opens

A short review, then a written agreement.

We work with operating companies: professional services, B2B software, wholesale, marketplaces, and field services. Tell us what you sell and what volume you expect.

  1. 01

    Describe the business

Legal name, what you charge for, and a range for monthly volume.

  2. 02

    We confirm the fit

The use case is reviewed against the commercial program before any live traffic.

  3. 03

    Sign the fee schedule

Rates, settlement, reserves, and responsibilities are executed together.

  4. 04

    Go live, then reconcile

Production credentials follow the signature. The first statement arrives after the first month.
